Accommodation
The bedrooms are all fitted with double glazed windows, and both rooms have
double beds and simple furnishings.
The bathroom is also fitted with a double glazed window, half tiled and fitted with a
shower unit, bath, wash basin and wall mounted extractor and heater unit.
A stainless steel sink and unit with quality worktop surfaces, mounted cabinets an electric oven,
gas hob and cooker and an extractor fan.
A large window is in the lounge with double glazed door giving access to the rear
courtyard, the lounge has a TV, laminated flooring and electric panel heaters.
